I found an online gif cut scene maker(Really for home toons)

It is called animBoom. I found it on google and it's cool, it's good for simple or (if your tallented enough with simple shapes) advanced design and animation. You can export your animations into GIF images.
You could make cut-scenes with it if you wanted to, or you could post you animations(After Signing up) to there web site.
