I don't think it's canceled, just pretty much delayed. You wouldn't get done fast right away if you were makslane. Don't forget, that it's like making new actors with similar code, LOADS of work...
By the way, the Ideas FANTASTIC. It would kind of solve the problem with either the too-big-file-to-post problem, and I guess makslane is making it in such a way, that it will be compatible with previous GEs too, if it's a separate program.. Is that right?

In the application an user can chat with other user and get online help in realtime (like the tutorials, but with a real user on the other side)

but it would have some kind of forum structure then, like, look, who's online and then connect and then be able to chat...?
could more than 2 users at the time chat with each other then?
