I was wondering if anyone knew how to use a script to rotate an actor? (If possible)

it is not possible without animation.

There's a rotating sprite I think in Game a Gogo's demo Mini-Cross platform game. Don't know if it will help you but I hope it does. If you can't find it, I could email you the zip file.

when you have the rotated animation, simply change the animpos (animation position) as you like.
