Can someone help me get the right PC?

I'm looking to purchase a PC from CyberPowerPC or iBuypower can anyone tell me the requirements for game design?
I'm looking to start playing around with game engines (i.e. UE3) and I want to start off with the right PC.

The system requirements are on the download page, just about any computer will run game editor, even windows 98 :D So any computer you buy today can run Game Editor
