What!?

Talk about making games.

What!?

Oh, someone from GE, please help me. I just had my most promising game perhaps blow up in smoke. Yesterday, I was working on my IonSkiff Tournament game, and another error at 0xsomething happened to my game, and I was unable to save it, but now I can't even load it, because I get another error that reads, "Image load error: 'Couldn't open data/p1bullet.bmp on 'data/p1bullet.bmp' file." I can actually get the animation to work on other games, but this stupid thing can't do it's job! Can someone help me?

The p1bullet.bmp file is in your game data directory?

Okay, I copied the image to the folder, and I will now try to open IST... and it doesn't open up, but some good news is that it is not p1bullet's fault anymore, it's p2's fault! So I'll do the same thing with all of the bullets to see what happens. Yes! I'm back on line! Good thinking Makslane, and now, I don't have to redo my entire game! I just might have to get some unsaved events in, and I need to make sure I save my progress every time I leave my computer, or every 30 minutes.

it is also a good idea to save in different files every time: "game1.ged", "game2.ged", "game3.ged"... I have about 25 different files like that for one of the games I am making

That's not too bad of an idea...

It sounds so crazy... it just might work!

This solid advice.

if ( disaster() )
reloadLastBuild();
