No. You can take the picture yourself with Print Screen.

Or you can use snagit. You can take screenshots of whatever you want, wether it be a window, full screen, object or just a part of the screen.

i don't belive that'll work in GE. idea has been crushed anyways so please , someone close thread

You can load the picture taken with snagit into GE as a animation.
