how do i make the view follow the player

i tried a tutorial but got confused

1 simple thing is to make the player the views parent. then it will follow him anywhere.
If u are confused, check out the turtorial again and just copy the code into your game
I did that too, y´know

I was trying to do it to a game that was already started ( in design) so i should always plan my layout first
