100% transparency, and "recieve events while out of vision"

if my actor is 100% transparent, will the "recieve events while out of vision = NO" button still work?

i have 12 actors that are 100% transparent, and i optimized them by using the NO function, will this work?

or is the "recieve events while out of vision = NO" button only activate if your character is out of the view's view, regardless of trnasparency, of visability state on off?

The option works with 100% transparent actors.
