Okay... This is weird

This.. is something that really, TRULY doesn't make sense o.o

I have an image, okay? 640x480 is it's attributes, as well as the screens.

When I have it exactly equal to the view, the x is one pixel off and you can see like a vertical line of transparency (But its not the image because I used a PNG which doesnt make the top left pixel transparent if set up right besides if it did the whole thing would be black because it's a solid black image), but when I move it one more pixel over then the other side has the visual glitch O.O?
