Sell games?

i was wondering if you create a really cool game can you sell it?

Do you mean, if you are alowed to sell it - yes.
(Of course, the files yiou used have to be copy-right free, or the copyright owned by you)
If you mean: will my game sell at all - well that's unpredictable. It depends on your marketing abilities and your tageted audience
