Due to restrictions of my current host provider (sourceforge.net) I can't host a chat on the site.

This really isn't Makslane's fault. I don't know what it takes to negotiate with Sourceforge though.

The old chat room was helpful in some cases, but to be honest, it was a really big glitchy mess, and Wertyboy, Hblage, and Mrjolten have already made third-party chat rooms for GE.

I think it would be helpful to have a chat room, as long as we don't revert back to the old one.
