add "topic deletion request " ( in fourms )

it would be nice if we could delete our own topics, but if it wont ever happen, a good alternative would be to send a request to a moderator, or administrator, to delete a topic we have created,

this could reduce multiple topics ( with the same questions and thread names )

and if someone makes a topic, and then realizes theres another topic that askes the same question as he just did, you could delete it to reduce flooding

( iv only requested deletion of my topics that were dupplicates of other ppls topics )
