Can game editor export cab files? and accelometer files

Hi I was wondering how hard it would be to make game editor export in cabinet file. I ask because for some reason or the other I tried various tutorials and cab makers but due to some problems with my computer I cant install some of the more modern cab file makers.
Also I seen somewhere here that your working on accelorometer controls is there any way to call that function for windows mobile?
