Your question is no good, it requires too many long answers. If this is your first game start small, make pacman first. Then try a simple rpg. Then try adding things to the rpg, like milking cows, bringing the milk to market, buying more farm land, paying taxes, burning down the competition.

Pacman is hardly a "simple" game. The artwork alone would take someone a week to do. Then there's getting the tiles for the mazes to work, and all the animations, and then it's AI programming... It's probably not a good first project for a complete newbie. I used Pacman as a course project in the game design class and production class I taught online a few years ago...

I would make an actor(with a shadow) and only collision with shadow for better effects, then I would somehow make it to where your energy/hunger/potty/entertainment SLOWLY go down and playing games/eating/pooping 
/resting would make it go up, using timers or something, but I cant even make a pakman game yet so I coould only be able to make a simple version of it. If I knew how, I would be MORE than happy to make a demo for you.

Your question is too general. People just don't know what they should reply.
Should they explain their version of life simulator from beginning to end? Only answering to your post would take the time of doing the simulator.
It's better if you prepare your graphics and stuff and then ask for example
"how can I make my actor run" and "how can I make my actor sing in shower".
