I actually noticed registration activity. A lot of people are interested in the game creation, which is of my thousands reasons to actually start this Project.

I am not limited.. foley might be a serious guy, but he is also a bit naive and it looks like he trust on his opinion the most.
@foley - you are not limited too, you can do whatever you like to do, whatever you are able to. But if it is about MY resources.. i am the only one who can say. :)

Yes, you are not someone aware with my limits. But you can ask LcL and everyone from Jarooda.. im sure they won't lie about me and how serious am i.
What is it missing is the organization. It's very chaotic and its not the way i lead a project.
Everyone holds an important opinion and it will be considered.
Also i am working on more things then you can imagine and i have no time to pretend to be Jesus Christ. Excuse me if i misunderstand something.

@Sky - Good to see you are not intending to abandon gE. It'll be awesome if we could talk/chat somewhen.

You miss the point.
What I'm refering to is the post you made regarding Game Editor being for making games and only games.
I did not say you, your skills or resources are limited. I don't believe they are. I think you are very talented. I just found that paragraph where you said it, very closed minded.

Remember when you said

Also Game-Editor IS Game-editor and noone will start ruining its avocation. If you want to make screensavers, use Easy "ScreenSaver Studio" why the hell Game-Editor.
Turning Game-Editor into something else, is not possible unfortunatelly, but i can suggest you other good programs if you want to build Facebook games, animations etc if want.

This is what I'm refering to.

sorry but actually it isn't real 3d, that's way mode difficul
and ge isn't a 2d editor but a 2d engine

make a html5 game and a game for facebook is the same thing
and it will be really hard to compile a c/c++ game made with gE to html5 until Jesus comes and give you a compiler able to do so

if you think it*s so easy do it yourself, here is the game editor source code:
http://sourceforge.net/p/game-editor/code/HEAD/tree/previous/tags/
good luck

Please point me to where I said it was easy and why the pedanticness at the start?

What is witb the D**k attitude on these forums.
I do apologise for pointing out where GE is lacking compared to its competition. No matter what you fix or add it is still going to fall behind the packages that allow you to get your games to a wider audience.

The fact that nobody can make these compilers doesn't mean they are bad ideas.

Oh and even if I did feel I had the skills to do it, after that attitude I wouldn't even consider doing anything to help GE get better

you haven't said that but you said to make things that at the moment are impossible and useless but if you want to make them nobody stops you

I just corrected your mistakes.

sorry but this topic isn't about saying where gE lacks and thinking about new features, this topic was made to put up a team that will develop gE, one that will donate money and one that will adverse and distribuite gE.

and this discussion starter because you didn't want to understand what bat wanted to do and why he made this topic

Not useless as they open up a range of distribution options which will increase the userbase.
Not impossible but improbable based on the lack of developers with the skills and time they can spend on features.
Your nothing can stop you line was just childish
Goettsch wrote:I just corrected your mistakes

You were being pedantic. It was pathetic really.

The sim0le fact is the features I suggested are needed to keep up with the competition. Saying there is nobody willing to develop them would have stopped the discussion there, yet for some reason Bat and you would rather make out they are stupid ideas. Skydereign was the first to offer a sensible responce

i don't think sky will ever do this
while support for flash is possible thanks to adobe crossbridge, previously called Alchemy project
also generating a java applet will be possible with some work

Jeez you really are pathetic and childish you don't even seem to respond to what I say.

Bat I do apologise for defending myself from Mr Pedantic there. I didn't realise when someone says it's done that means only one person doesn't get a chance to respond anymore

Sky already gave his opinion on HTML5 and android. No reason to bother him.
