support for .mp3

It would be nice if GE would allow mp3s for music and sounds considering the popularity of that filetype.
No games to my name...

I think GE used to have that compatibility. I don't know what happened to it, since I wasn't a member of GE when it was supported.
I'm not good at coming up with signatures...
