you could try 3D plus 2 from serif, it's free.I used it to make the menu in my
soccer game and the sprites in my first game, both on the game demos
Forum, i previously uprgraded to impact plus4, but its not free, 80 dollars
in us, don't know about other countrys. but you should try 3D plus 2.
