Annoying shift when parenting an object

It's inconsistent, but whenever I add a parent to an object, the object itself shifts over by a pixel up or up-left, causing me to readjust it.

Yes, it's repeatable. Create an actor, create another actor, parent one to the other, and it will shift just a little bit.

Happens nearly all the time when I'm setting up Filled Regions, as I have a static image that I want to click certain parts on.

Normally, I would create a Filled Region actor, then size and position it properly. Next, I would parent it to the menu screen in case I need to move the menu around. When that happens, it usually shifts up, up-left, or left by one pixel. I would then have to shift it back into place.

Ok, I got this error here.
Will be fixed in the 1.3.1 version
