P2040;Demo. Feedback greatly appreciated :)

Recently, I've seen people wanting finished games that will be a good example of GE's power. So I've decided to try and finish one!
Although, I need some feedback for this demo if I should indeed finish this game and release it's source for the community to harvest!
Please, I ask you, give me feedback :)
Here is a screen shot:
preview.PNG

Features of the game:
Good near fabulous graphics!
Weapon system of 6 different weapons!
Joystick support!
Neat gameplay!

CONTROLS:
Left/Right/Up/Down-Arrow: Directional movement
Space: Shoot
Left Ctrl: Deploy bomb/laser
Z: Select between available standard weapon
X: Select between available special weapon
Joystick Axis: Directional movement
Joystick Button 1: Shoot
Joystick Button 2: Deploy bomb/laser
Joystick Button 3: Select between available standard weapon
Joystick Button 4: Select between available special weapon
Esc: Exit game
F1: Special Status

Note: the game will exit itself when done

Remember, let me know if you want me to keep on working on this game!

Edit:
If for some reason the game doesn't start and freezes and appears to be windowed mode, restart your computer. That's the only fix I found until it is repaired in GE (Probably something with the GE logo not loading properly)

Game works now.

Good explosion sounds and nice particle effects.

Needs to be wayyyyyyyy longer.

Fun to shoot the text though....

Great! I'll start working on the full version, I'll try to make it contain at least 10 levels, if not 25 or 50

I think you should add a little storyline like a spy for Earth gos to a planet and finds out that they made a bomb that will destroy Earth. Then a group of soldiers find him and he makes it to his ship and he has to tell Earth before it's too late but the planets ships try to stop him on his way to Earth.
