i am sorry. i should have said that better. Its a pain when you have to delete many cloned actors. I'd like to see an easier way than selecting each one and deleting. Could we delete groups?

I think the program isn't bad. I just downloaded it today and I was able to understand it.
I already used many of the game making programs in the market (game maker, RPG maker, click team programs). I also made some simple things using flash, java and C.

It is true that GameMaker is the best game making program available in the market. It has many functions that makes you do whatever you want. I am not saying that Game Editor doesn't have enough functions to make a decent game, though.

There is a special parts that I liked about GameMaker & ClickTeam programs. They both use the idea of rooms which help deviding the word. Also, they both use the idea of copying the same object(actor) several times only by pulling your mouse at the place you want.

The only thing that is making GameEditor better than all the game making programs is that it allows making games on all the platforms. This is the part that realy makes GameEditor promising.

I hope that the GameEditor team study the other game making programs adventages to creat a high quality game making program.

Keep in mind that this generation is the protables generation, and it has just started. So, there is a place for us to get a place in game development.

every think in the game editer is very good and cool.

but have a little think after is use the program to created game

is i can't copy actor(or copy every script from artor to another acter )
when i want to created a new character and can control like the first one
i must to make new all again and agian T_T .

it's not a clone but it's a copy!!!!!!!! it's can't copy actor
(or it's can but i didin't know !?)

and another one after i created the actor i can't rename the actor.

that all i can find in this time.

One thing I dont like is that when you switch to the view actor, it centers the screen on the top left hand side of the frame. In my mind, it should center the view actor on the screen.

Rotating would be good, but would also be hard. You should at least be able to rotate in multiples of 90degrees. Also being able to flip/mirror animations and/or actors.
I would like to be able to change the actors name and type once I have created it(It gets annoying having to remove an actor and create a new one, when you forget to change it to filled-region) Also, I would like to delete actors by selecting them and presing Delete. You should also be able to edit paths once you have created them, so you can test the number of frames you want it to take.

Yeah, I'd be another one voting for rotation and mirroring. That'd be useful.

I think GE is a great tool, but theres only 1 thing that bothers me.... that you can't choose the mask colour...

Wich mask color? If you mean the background you can change it in game properties.

The protection software used, and the activation process. They are totally unfriendly towards the customer. Please change that.

I don't like:
1. The orange interface. I've never seen such an unconvenient and unfriendly GUI. I can't observe the whole actor event and actions and can't make anything un a single click.
2. You can't put multiple of the same object! Like building wall I need to get coordinates of each one, but doing it with clones is REALLY violent and with tiles you can't do it.
3. As it was said before buying system and anoying protection. F*****g Windows often crashes and user have to write to Makslane nad interupt his work...
