Bulletin board - 'User Control Panel' query

Hi Staff,

I read the answer in FAQ. My question is:
How do I add a signature to my post?

> create one via your User Control Panel.


I am very confused. I went through all the tabs in 'User Control Panel', and can not spot how to do it. Please bear with my ineptitude, and give me more detailed instructions, so I can pinpoint the tab and page position, to make my insertion, and where the button to tick, to add it to all my messages?
