Newbie Asks: Can't Copy or paste in Script Editor of GE mac

Hello

Am i the only one who can't copy or paste from or to..the Script Editor window. I'm on mac. and there is no way to copy or paste stuff.

But tin some tutotiral video i saw, he copies and pastes freely. But he is using Linux or Windows in that tutorial. So it just doesn't work on the mac?

It only works consistently on windows.

You have to use control-c and control-v to copy and paste. I have a mac and that's what I do.

Oh, yeah copying and paste work within the script editor. You just can't copy/paste between other windows.

I can copy and paste between script windows. It works for me.

I didn't say script windows, I said windows (so different programs [namely non-gE programs]). In the gE source those windows are called panels and dialogs.

Yes you are right. You can't copy and paste between outside programs and GE. Since you didn't specify I took the most relevant subject and commented on that.
