Tablet PC compatibility?

Is there any timeline for making GE compatible with the Tablet PC?
Two other wishes:

I have a little suspect about TabletPC compatibility, but no test yet.
Cut and paste is missing in GE, but you can use save and load file.
Can you explain better?
