I found that software really usefull. It create simple animation using bones. It's quite straightforward. There is many tutorials. You can also make lip sync. It's way superior to use bones than image by images. http://anime.smithmicro.com/index.html?gclid=CNXdwq6a9a0CFdCP7QodVC0lqw&ad=9663466452
The debut version export a .avi
WIth LS Maker you can create a image by image from that avi. Then with Photo-Paint or else remove the background then import the result in Game Editor.
The debut version is 50$ but I got it for 5$ with trial-pay, by buying a game on Game fish. I am not sure if it still work that way.
The pro version 200$ (but 130$ on Amazon) offer a export frame by frame, and can import .psd file that you can rig.
The manual contain a quick and a bigger book. There is a couple of tutorials on youtube and on their website.
But like every software there is a learning curve. But compare to learning blender, it's a piece of cake.
Have fun.
