How do you record the screen like in BeyondTheTech did in his trailer?

you need some tool outside GE - some type of screenshot program.

You could try FRAPS, it's a very popular program for grabbing video of games...

I only know Camtasia Recorder, works for me but isn't free.
You can download a trail version from their website for a few days.
I you need it just one time only, than try it out.
You can choose to record full screen, window, ect. and eport to any format.
It hasnt have a watermark of such in the trial version. :)

if you go to http://www.sf.net, and search for Camtastia, or DemoStudio, and click on demostudio, download it, and install. Go into options>video, and at the bottom, select autoajust, and put it on the highest framerate. I suggest you record it to an avi file, because converting to swf takes AGES. It's free and good. Have fun!
