Can GE open exe's?

I want to make a rpg that is part 2d and part 3d. I was going to make all of the dungeons in 3d rad and all of the towns and villages in GE. In the game, you will start out in a town but once you leave you will enter a dungeon. So, I need to make sure that GE can open exe's before I start. Can anyone help me?
A tree never hits an automobile except in self-defence.

Nope. It can only open gameEditor exported files.

Wait a minute. You guys remember snorky right? how did lcl program snorky to open different files?
