Help - Tle Matching

can any one explain to me how to use tile matching technique step by step, I'm new and can't figure out how to do it.

I have searched the forum to see how to solve this, but couldn't find detailed explanation of this issue.

thats a good question.......... ive been using game editor for years and i still havnt figured that out
i tried making a dungeon type game with it but it allways went wrong, so i stopped trying to use that over a year ago
if i find out how to use, or even what its for, ill let you know
