mahjong logic ???

hi i realize its been a while since i've been in here .... i earlier then used a winxp ( sp1) pc
now i'm on a win7 HP x64 PC.... much better. i had an idea about creating a mahjong game
or perhaps a variation of it. in a way i'm not quite sure how to begin ... though i could just
start with testing a few aspects i was thinking of a few days ago.
