Problem with frame rate and velocity

Well, I have a problem, I have an animation of my character walking, but I'd like to know what's the correct frame rate and velocity I have to put to it seems be walking.

just try changing the frame rate, if its to fast lower the frame rate, if it's to slow raise the frame right, you'll get the correct rate in no time.
