Hello,
I'm searching for a game creator software for my 10 year old nephew. He is a very creative and intelligent boy, but has no programming experience. Do you think he'll be able to use game editor? If not, any other recommendations?

Game Editor is probably the easiest programming software there is!
(well, as far as I know)

You can create games almost with no programming! I started at the same age, and I learned really quickly.
