Chomp Chomp Pac-Man (MEGA CHEAP)

Postby BlenderFreak » Fri Oct 08, 2010 5:08 pm

Chomp Chomp Pac-Man is a twist of Mario and Pacman. Your character is Chomp Chomp, your enemies are Mario and Luigi.
The game is super cheap (graphic-wise and gameplay-wise). I didn't spend much time developing it. I made it primarily to provide a link for someone else to download it (it wouldn't send through e-mail), that way they could see some of the simplicities of the game.
Just use the arrow keys to move your character and eat some goombas. The maximum score is 1260 (I think), but the game doesn't end when you reach the max, so just press ESC or get hit by either Mario or Pacman.
Don't bother telling me how to improve the game, because I already know it's crap. ;)
If you do happen to download this worthlessness, just know that it is NOT MY BEST ARTWORK. I uploaded some of my REAL art here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=9157
Anyway, yeah. The game isn't that good at all - I made EVERYTHING in it in about an hour. So :P

hahaha thanks! I'm actually tempted to make multiple levels, recode the ghosts and such... make it actually *good*, but I'm working on another game. I'll probably fix this one up as a side project or something when I have time. XD

oh hahaha sorry, didn't notice that - kinda tired :P
Yeah it's supposed to be 2000, though.. but I don't feel like going back and counting alllllll those goombas. I think maybe some of the goombas don't register points if you eat too many in a row or something. Not sure though. Oh well XP

Well.... maybe you're starting to big - start small and with what you know. Don't start any huge projects you can't handle at the time and it won't have millions of projects - learn from searching the forum or even from posting questions you might have.
