Moving the mouse to play a sound?

Is it possible to move the mouse over an object, and if possible? how? and what script is involved?

If it is simple to do, then I wont be very happy Ive spent quite a while thinking about it...

If you need play a sound when the is over an actor, you can use the 'Mouse Enter' event and 'Play Sound' action
