I think that most of the glitches depend on the quality of the computer. For example, on my cheesy computer, I could hardly play it at all. The game was basically in slow motion because of how slow my computer was. Every time I jumped, the robot went really high, and the view couldnt catch up with it. Also, almost every time I was attacked by the assault ship, I would run out of ammo and the thing would still be alive. Then I played it on another computer, and it was amazing! Still, I wouldnt call it the best game I've ever played, (no offence at all to dsd, I think its one of the best games made on GE, further meaning that I have played in my life time games from professional companies, and Im not trying to compare dsd with these companies, and Im not saying that I didnt love Incursion, and Im not, IM NOT discrediting dsd
). I mean, there are professional companies out there with teams of scriptors, animators, testers and a whole lot of other ers, and the production can cost of to millions with just one game, and the results are ironically better lol
(once again IM NOT DISCREDITING DSD). But I must say, that with animation tallents like dsd's and the scripting expirience, and the help of GE, Incursion turned out to be a success
. You can see that for yourself if you read the previous Incrusion posts
. Anyway, enough with the dragging speech, dsd, how did you get that nice metal look for the platforms, ships, robots, etc. for your game? This is the best I came up with.
