Go to config>Game Properties, and select an icon in the Icon file field. It must be an .ico to work.

It is an icon file. You need to get some program that can save icon files.

You also can use your own icon or create it with icon editor software. The format must in .ico before you can use it as an icon for your game.

Use for example Imagicon.
It's free and powerfull.

Ok i opened a picture of my player on it but where did it go it said it processed it after i opened it then it went back to the normal screen

It goes to the same folder where the edited image is.
