website maker

Postby j2graves » Sat Oct 25, 2008 1:30 am

I basically want a website maker. I already know about freewebs, but it doesn't satisfy me.
what I want is a website builder which:
1. is downloaded and not created online
2. is as flexible as GE (which, btw, is the greatest 2D game creator in the world by my opinion)
3. doesn't have a buncha tools that make you unable to do much yourself
4. something that allows you to upload your own images
5. something that makes you able to make a shop to sell games that you've made with GE

and I also wanna know how to make a PRIVATE SERVER. I know it's harder, but I don't wanna pay monthly for internet space. I heard that private servers don't require monthly payments. is that true?
No games to my name...
