I haven't used this program much yet, but if I wanted to, could I make a motorbike actor with wheels that turn faster when you accelerate?

okay, directly: have the animation od the wheel, with it rotating.
if it has 10 frames use this

animpos += directional_velocity / 4;

it depends on the animation frames and how fast you want it to ratate ect.
you can play around with numbers if you like
