Parappa game

Is there a way to make part of a game where the player has to press a certain button or sequence of buttons at a certain time, like the playstation game; "Parappa the Rapper?"

enter all teh key in the keydown menu and then sleect execute when all key are pressed in order

but can u have it timed in anyway? like in Parrapa? do you know what I mean?
