Can any one give me an idea on how to start a new project?

Hello everyone!

Im a noob programmer and my thesis is to make a 3d game. My problem is that i really dont have any idea how to start my project. Reading some discussions in the forum gives me an idea but im really confuse on how i can start.

Please help me to be guided.

Game editor is not for 3D games. Sorry.

I see, so game-editor is not use to make 3d games.
Then can you advice some editor that i can use?

When starting a new project, Devide your levels into section using Wireframe actors, but make sure the wireframe actor isnt created at the startup, because for slower machines it could slow it down.
