Staying on a platform

I want to know how to make an actor stay on a moving platform. But still be able to jump to another platform or the ground. So that when an actor is on a moving platform going forward the actor doesn't fall off.

I already made a platform game. I want to know how to make an actor stay on a moving platform. So when the platform is moving forward he doesn't fall off the back.___(> o_o )>

an easy way would be to attach the actor to the platform. thats going to lock him in place though. Then, when the key is pressed, remove the attachment and make him jump.

1) When the player collides with the platform, make the platform your parent

2) On Collision Finish event between player and platform, remove the parent from player

The actor slowly falls off. Slipping.

Use the Physical Response action when the player collides with the platform
