Again you need to say what the big problem is. One of the major problems is again due to zdepth. For some reason you are parenting the view to the placom actor (filled regions have a default zdepth of 1). When you do that, the background actor will by completely cover all the other actors, so all you will see is the earth. A way of fixing that is to make placom's zdepth 0.
Other problems might include your player being trapped in a box, you not having the view follow the player, your bg being parented to the view, and so on. I don't have the time to explain all of that now, though I might tomorrow. But by your questions/posts... it seems you just want someone else to do it for you, is that the case?
