Does Game Editor work on Windows Mobile?

I don't know much about the different handheld/phone Windows OSs. Is PocketPC the same as Windows Mobile?

Similarly, are there different versions (2003 etc) of the Windows OSs? Are they all supported?

Game Editor games will works in Pocket PC 2002 or superior versions like Windows Mobile, ...
The device must have a ARM processor (XScale...) and a 240x320 screen

Do you still intend to develop Game-Editor for Symbian? I think that would be a really smart move considering the saturation of that OS.
