Music contest

Postby Kalladdolf » Tue Jan 22, 2008 5:04 pm

hey, guys, let's make a music contest :D

there have been many contests about the best game, the best sprite, or the best paint-pic...
music is just as important as good sprites and stuff.

Now, I've now heard of people that seem seem to be good music makers:

mojo domo
diromeh
supa-tails

I haven't heard any of your work yet. plz join

bee-ant, I've already heard your music, but you sure are welcome in this contest, you are a great challenge as well.

Now, If I forgot anybody, plz join and rock! :)

how about that?

now, about the uploading:
you can upload those file types:
midi
ogg
wma
mp3
(basically anything exept wav, cuz it's too big)
PLZ IN A ZIP FILE, BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE CAN'T OPEN RAR FILES!!!

looking forward
 kall

I feel excluded... because you can't post IT,XM,MOD,S3M etc... and all those module file type. It works just like MIDI files, but with more liberty.
Could you include this file type? And I'll be sure to kick in my electronica, acid and trance into the battle

yes, you can post more than one music, if you think: "well, I've got something better than that".

ok, obviously yout music is this trance-and-techno-like, this morning I, myself, experimented a little with this kinda music.
here's the result:
(not very long music, just made in 10 minutes)

and I added something: when you play it backward, you can hear it announce my copyright =D
dunno, if it's clear enough to be heard, at least I can understand it
