Can't export properly

I'm trying to export a game as an exe file, but it won't export properly. When I click the exported exe file it opens, but the screen is black and after a while it says the program doesn't answer and has to be shut down. When I used the demo version this didn't happen, but it now does with my pro version. The games were made when I had the demo version, but I don't know if that's what's causing it, because I tried making a quick test as well but that didn't export properly either. In short, everything it exports turns up with a black screen and gets shut down.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Make sure the engines (.bin files inside Game Editor Pro\bin folder) have the same verion of the gameEditor.exe file.
Is better you reinstall your Game Editor.
