Makslane, here are some additional features you may wish to add:

1. The ability to use several level files (for BIG games).

2. The ability for the player to save his/her progress in the game(without using the file reading/writing functions currently in GE).

3. The ability to use sprites for meters (health, energy, etc.).

4. A built-in image editor for sprites. (in the future)

This is made with Activation Regions in a single big ged file, or in multiple ged files with LoadGame function

This capability is already in the game. The Moon Defender tutorial give examples of that.
