Huge GePlayer Troubles: Help needed

I am running Windows 7, and an iPhone 4S. When I open Geplayer it says Welcome to Game-Editor, Connect to error port 20000.

It does not give m an IP address to use through command prompt to transfer the file. Or maybe I'm just clueless on how to use this, but I desperately need to know how to use Geplayer. Please Help!

What host should I use? Where do I find this host on my iPhone?
Can I do this via 3G?

Yes, you should be able to use it. Do you have wifi enabled? If you don't, that's probably why. If you are properly connected, the next question would be, can you normally ftp on the network?
