Height + Width issues with the GE standard icon

This topic is more or less unnecessary, but just for the sake of perfection, let's note that the height + width variables of an actor having no animation don't work properly. This probably won't have any significance for any user who uses animations (which I presume to be the case with almost anyone). It's just that I tried out a script when not using an animation and I got pretty confused why it didn't work. After 10 minutes or so I finally figured it out.
