Can some one walk me trough on linux?

hi im trying to install game editor on my ubuntu computer but i cant figure out how some some one help me?

Right click "gameEditorLinux" And click Properties, then go to permissions, then click Allow launching as an executable, or something like that.

Then double click it :3
