Enemy attk me

How do i make an enemy move towards me and attack me. This is what i need.

1. The enemy to move towards me away from me and stop sometimes.
2. The enemy to attack me at any given time.
3. The enemy to be able to hit me 10. times before i die.
4. I hit the enemy 5 times before they die.
5. Them to die instantly on a special move.
6. If possible an artificial intelligence for my enemy. Especially the bosses.
