someone help my game sprites

alright,
so i made these small game sprites for a game i want to make, however im having difficulty drawing the running/walking motion and them holding a weapon (gun prefribly)

if someone could take these sprites and edit them to make the actions that would be cool

I was actualy having trouble makeing my guys have walking animations also. It is very tricky.
sory if this doesnt help we just share similar problems

you should send it as a bmp or something like it insted of a jpg, cuz the quality is greatly reduced, and it may take some moment for the "graphism" to rebuild it.
