EULA required for iPhone?

Is it necessary to create a EULA (End-User License Agreement) for the iPhone or it's handled by Apple?

i dont think so. games with ge dont do anything that would require it i think.

You dont need to create one, Apple provide a default one that you can use, and it is automatically applied unless you specify that you want to use your own.
